Freelance Finance Manager
Mission overview
We are currently looking for a Freelance Finance Manager to support one of our clients during a key phase of its development. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, ensure financial governance, and act as a strategic business partner for senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting, controlling, and financial reporting activities
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
- Act as a key finance business partner to management
- Coordinate external stakeholders (auditors, advisors, banks)
- Drive improvements in finance processes and organization
Profile
- 8+ years of experience in finance, including experience as Finance Manager or similar
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid accounting and reporting background
- Experience in change or transformation contexts is a plus
- Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch is a plus)
- Freelance status required
